Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what is and is not permitted on Enclave. All users, server owners, and administrators must comply with this policy. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.
1. Zero-Tolerance Content
The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) - Any sexual content involving minors, including AI-generated content depicting minors.
- Terrorism & violent extremism - Content that promotes, recruits for, or provides material support to terrorist organizations.
- Credible threats of violence - Direct, specific threats of physical harm against individuals or groups.
- Human trafficking & exploitation - Content that facilitates trafficking, forced labor, or sexual exploitation.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery - Sharing intimate images of someone without their consent ("revenge porn").
2. Prohibited Content & Behavior
The following are prohibited on the managed Enclave platform (enclaveapp.online):
Illegal Activity
- Distributing or selling illegal drugs, weapons, or controlled substances
- Facilitating fraud, money laundering, or financial crimes
- Distributing malware, ransomware, or hacking tools intended for unauthorized access
- Doxxing - publishing private personal information without consent
Harassment & Abuse
- Targeted harassment, bullying, or intimidation of individuals
- Coordinated harassment campaigns or brigading
- Hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
- Encouraging self-harm or suicide
Spam & Platform Abuse
- Automated spam, bot abuse, or unsolicited bulk messaging
- Phishing or impersonating other users, organizations, or Enclave staff
- Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the Service
- Circumventing rate limits, bans, or other platform restrictions
Intellectual Property
- Distributing pirated software, media, or other copyrighted material
- Operating servers primarily dedicated to sharing copyrighted content without authorization
3. Server Owner Obligations
Server owners and administrators are the first line of moderation for their communities. You must:
- Establish clear community rules for your server
- Actively moderate content and behavior within your server
- Respond to reports from your server members
- Remove prohibited content promptly when discovered or reported
- Not knowingly allow your server to be used for prohibited purposes
Servers that consistently fail to moderate prohibited content will be removed from the platform.
4. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content that violates this policy:
- In-app: Use the report function on any message or user profile
- Email: pressf@wastedmyult.com
- CSAM reports: We report all CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement
5. Enforcement
We may take any of the following actions in response to violations:
- Warning the user
- Removing specific content
- Temporarily suspending the account
- Permanently banning the account
- Removing an entire server
- Reporting to law enforcement where required or appropriate
The severity of action depends on the nature and severity of the violation. Zero-tolerance violations result in immediate permanent action.
6. Appeals
If you believe enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal by emailing pressf@wastedmyult.com within 30 days. Include your username and a description of why you believe the action was incorrect.
7. Changes
We may update this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
