Community Guidelines
Last updated: February 11, 2026
Enclave is built on the belief that people deserve a communication platform that respects them. These guidelines exist to keep Enclave a place where everyone can participate, create, and connect without fear.
The short version: Be a decent human. Don't use Enclave to hurt people. Respect others even when you disagree. If you wouldn't say it to someone's face, don't say it here.
1. Treat People with Respect
Everyone on Enclave is a real person. Treat them accordingly.
- No harassment. Don't target, bully, threaten, or intimidate anyone. This includes repeated unwanted contact, following someone across servers, or encouraging others to harass someone.
- No hate speech. Don't attack people based on their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or national origin.
- No doxxing. Never share someone's private information (real name, address, phone number, workplace) without their explicit consent.
- Respect boundaries. If someone asks you to stop contacting them, stop. Use the block and privacy features available to you.
2. Keep Communities Safe
Server owners set the tone for their communities. Members should respect those rules.
- Follow server rules. Each server may have its own rules in addition to these guidelines. Respect them.
- Use channels appropriately. Post content in the right channels. If a server has an NSFW channel, keep that content there.
- Don't raid or brigade. Coordinated attacks on servers, mass-joining to disrupt, or flooding channels with spam is not allowed.
- Report problems. If you see something that violates these guidelines, report it. Don't engage or escalate.
3. Protect Minors
The safety of young people is non-negotiable.
- You must be 13 or older to use Enclave (16+ in the EU/EEA).
- Zero tolerance for CSAM. Any sexual content involving minors — real or AI-generated — results in immediate permanent ban and a report to authorities.
- Don't target minors. Adults should not solicit personal information from, send inappropriate content to, or attempt to meet minors through the platform.
- NSFW servers must be age-gated. If your server contains adult content, it must be properly marked and gated.
4. No Dangerous or Illegal Activity
- No threats of violence. Don't threaten to harm anyone, even "as a joke."
- No self-harm promotion. Don't encourage, glorify, or provide instructions for self-harm or suicide. If someone is in crisis, encourage them to contact a helpline.
- No illegal content. Don't use Enclave to distribute drugs, weapons, stolen goods, malware, or pirated content.
- No fraud or scams. Don't impersonate others, run phishing schemes, or attempt to defraud other users.
- No terrorism or extremism. Don't use Enclave to recruit for, promote, or provide support to violent extremist organizations.
5. Respect the Platform
- No spam. Don't send unsolicited bulk messages, advertisements, or repetitive content.
- No platform abuse. Don't exploit bugs, circumvent bans, or use automation to abuse rate limits or features.
- Don't impersonate Enclave staff. We will never ask for your password. Enclave team members are clearly identified.
- Respect intellectual property. Don't distribute copyrighted content you don't have rights to share.
6. Content Sharing
You're free to share content on Enclave, but some rules apply:
- NSFW content must only be posted in channels and servers explicitly marked for it.
- Graphic violence should be behind spoiler tags or in appropriate channels.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn") is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate ban.
- Misinformation that could cause real-world harm (e.g., dangerous medical advice, election interference) may be removed.
7. Server Owner Responsibilities
If you run a server, you're responsible for what happens in it.
- Set clear rules. Let your members know what's expected.
- Moderate actively. Appoint moderators, review reports, and remove content that violates these guidelines.
- Use the tools available. Enclave provides roles, permissions, slowmode, NSFW gates, and ban lists. Use them.
- Don't look the other way. Servers that consistently host prohibited content will be removed from the platform.
8. Privacy & Consent
Enclave is built on privacy. Extend that respect to others.
- Don't share private conversations without the consent of everyone involved.
- Don't record voice/video calls without informing all participants.
- Respect DM preferences. If someone has their DMs closed, don't try to circumvent it.
9. What Happens When You Break the Rules
Depending on the severity:
- Warning — for minor or first-time violations
- Content removal — the offending content is taken down
- Temporary suspension — your account is locked for a period
- Permanent ban — your account is terminated
- Server removal — the entire server is taken down
- Law enforcement referral — for illegal activity
Zero-tolerance violations (CSAM, credible threats, terrorism) result in immediate permanent action.
10. Reporting & Appeals
To report a violation:
To appeal an action: Email pressf@wastedmyult.com within 30 days with your username and why you believe the action was incorrect. We review all appeals.
11. Changes
We may update these guidelines as the platform evolves. Significant changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use of Enclave after changes constitutes acceptance.
These guidelines work alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
