DMCA & Takedown Policy

Wasted My Ult respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of Enclave to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable international copyright laws.

1. Designated Agent

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on Enclave infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent containing:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (e.g., server name, channel, message link or description).
  4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email).
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed content.

5. Repeat Infringers

We will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We determine repeat infringer status at our discretion, considering the number and nature of complaints received.

6. Non-Copyright Takedown Requests

For content that violates our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy but is not a copyright issue, please report it to pressf@wastedmyult.com or use the in-app reporting feature.

7. Law Enforcement Requests

We cooperate with law enforcement agencies when presented with valid legal process (subpoenas, court orders, warrants). We will notify affected users of such requests unless legally prohibited from doing so.
